BAGnewsNotes: Getting A Grip

It's analysis like this that makes me love BAGnewsNotes. Reading this blog is like reading really good art historical deciphering of Rembrant, as with Schama's Rembrant's Eyes, which I read earlier this year, or Gary Wills' Venice: Lion City which I'm reading now. Except it's not art, it contemporary politics, on the fly. I don't go over and see what's up with this blog often enough.
